please note that cancellation maximun D-2 before the trip, and please know this information:

• D-12, we will refund 100% from it cost
• D-7, we will refund 75% from it cost
• D-5, we will refund 50% from it cost
• D-2, we will refund 25% from it cost
• Please note that if customers didnt come to meeting point, its irrefundable.

For better process cancellation & Refund, please give us:

• Payment proof
• What package
• detail ID information of Customers
• The reason (Cancellation or Change Schedule)
